The Aldeia dos Capuchos complex was recently considered by the Construir magazine as Portugal’s best tourism venture.
This is a project signed by Cantial that combines an apartment hotel, villas and apartments plus an area of housing, commerce and services.
One of the major attractions of this enterprise is the golf course, built by Áreagolfe. Works began in 2007 and ended in March this year. Áreagolfe is also responsible for the field’s maintenance works, ensuring the best conditions to play a good golf match.
This project represents an investment exceeding 250 million euros and is already in its 30 hectares of area, the largest private enterprise in Almada.
